Have the enclosure fully set up and at temperature before your snake arrives: correct heating, hiding spots, substrate and a water dish. We include care guidance with every order, and our team can help you with a setup checklist.

We ship via specialist live-animal couriers with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number on dispatch, and someone should be available to receive the animal on delivery day.
